BEUC (Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs) is het Europees Bureau van consumentenverenigingen. Het is een Europese overkoepelende organisatie waarbij zo'n 40 nationale consumentenorganisaties zijn aangesloten. BEUC verdedigt de belangen van de aangesloten organisaties en van alle Europese consumenten. De organisatie is gevestigd in Brussel en probeert daar Europese besluitvorming te beïnvloeden.
BEUC werd opgericht in 1962 door consumentenorganisaties uit België, Luxemburg, Frankrijk, Italië, Duitsland en de Nederlandse Consumentenbond. In de loop der jaren hebben consumentenbonden uit andere landen zich bij BEUC aangesloten.
