EU side events

The EU Pavilion is hosting a broad set of side events to stimulate debate on key thematic areas, engage observers and facilitate dialogue with party delegates and other participants.

The EU Pavilion is located at the conference venue (IFEMA) at Pavilion 8 in the Blue Zone. It has two event rooms (Brussels and Helsinki) and a Meet-the-Expert space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We still have a few availabilities at the Meet-the-Expert area, except for 9 and 10 December. Please send us an email (CLIMA-EU-SIDE-EVENTS@ec.europa.eu) if you have interest in using the space. The Meet-the-Expert sessions target only one organisation, with up to 2 representatives, for a duration of 1-2 hours. It is an interactive space to engage with visitors at the EU Pavilion.
