EU commission chief Jose Manuel Barroso has in a public letter told ex-health-commissioner John Dalli to stop accusing him of lying about his sacking/resignation and about an alleged tobacco industry conspiracy against an EU law. "Your various complaints and accusations [are] ... incomprehensible," Barroso said.
