The UK and Germany's tax agreements with Switzerland are "in full compliance with EU law", taxation commissioner Algirdas Semeta said Tuesday. London and Berlin have signed bilateral deals allowing them to collect tax on their citizens' accounts in Swiss banks. Austria's deal however has not yet been cleared.
