Subject: Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems

-Appointment of Ms Martina MLYNÁRIKOVÁ, Slovak alternate member, in place of Ms Etela KISSOVÁ, who has resigned

1.The General Secretariat of the Council has been informed of the resignation of Ms Etela
KISSOVÁ as alternate member of the above Committee in the government representatives
category (for Slovak Republic).

2.Under Article 75 of Regulation (EC) 883/2004 of 29 April 2004 which sets up the Advisory
Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems, members and alternate members
are appointed by the Council, whereas by the Council Decision of 21 October 2010, the
appointments are valid for a period of five years.

3.In accordance with the usual procedure, the government of Slovak Republic has nominated
the following candidate to replace the resigning alternate member for the remainder of the
current term of office, ending on 19 October 2015:

4.The Permanent Representatives Committee is therefore asked to advise the Council to:
(a) adopt, as an "A" item, the attached Council Decision replacing an alternate member of
the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems, and
(b) have the Decision published, for information, in the Official Journal of the

COUNCIL DECISION
of
replacing an alternate member
of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems , and in particular
Article 75 thereof,
Whereas:
(1) In its Decisions of 21 October 2010 and 7 March 2011, the Council appointed the members
and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security
Systems for the period ending on 19 October 2015.
(2) A seat as alternate member in the government category has fallen vacant as a result of the
resignation of Ms Etela KISSOVÁ
(3) The government of Slovak Republic has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat,
Article 1
Ms Martina MLYNÁRIKOVÁ is hereby appointed alternate member of the Advisory Committee
for the Coordination of Social Security Systems in place of Ms Etela KISSOVÁ for the remainder
of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2015.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
