of appointing the members and alternates of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for Ireland, France and Netherlands THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems[[note: 1]], and in particular Article 75 thereof, Having regard to the lists of candidates submitted to the Council by the Governments of the Member States, Whereas: (1) Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 has established the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems. (2) By its Decision of 21 October 2010[[note: 2]] , the Council appointed the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for the period 20 October 2010 to 19 October 2015, with the exception of certain members. (3) The Governments of Ireland, France and Netherlands have submitted nominations for a number of posts to be filled. HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: [[note: 1]]OJ L 166, 30.4.2004, p. 1. [[note: 2]] Article 1 The following are hereby appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for Ireland, France and Netherlands, for the period ending on 19 October 2015:
