1. DE BELOFTE VAN DE DIGITALE OMSCHAKELING: HET 'DIGITALE DIVIDEND'
Door de omschakeling van analoge naar digitale terrestrische tv eind 2012 zal er in Europa een ongekende hoeveelheid spectrum vrijkomen als gevolg van de superieure uitzendefficiëntie van de digitale technologie. Dit spectrum staat bekend als het 'digitale dividend'.
