(2) Overeenkomstig doelstelling 29, tweede streepje, van het Europees-Tunesische actieplan dat de Associatieraad op 4 juli 2005 heeft goedgekeurd in het kader van het Europese nabuurschapsbeleid, moet de Associatieraad een besluit ter uitvoering van artikel 65 van bovengenoemde overeenkomst vaststellen.
