Joint statement by the French, German, Austrian and Czech delegations

The French, German, Austrian and Czech delegations consider that the present Regulation on the

placing on the market and use of feed, and in particular recital 2 thereof, does not prejudice the legal

status of medicated feedingstuffs which is governed by other instruments, in particular Council

Directive 90/167/EEC of 26 March 1990 laying down the conditions governing the preparation,

placing on the market and use of medicated feedingstuffs in the Community.
