On page 6:

• a) 

  at the end of paragraph 21, the following sentence should be added:

"In addition, NL reiterated its strong preference for an horizontal solution for all Member

States, indicating that it could only accept non horizontal derogations as long as these would

lead, as soon as possible, to a uniform application of the Regulation".

• b) 

  in paragraph 22, the terms "while BG and HU considered that they should be maintained" should be replaced with "while BG and HU objected to such deletion".
