The meeting was chaired by Stavros LAMBRINIDIS (PSE, EL), Panayotis DEMETRIOU (PPE-

DE, CY), Philip BRADBOURN (PPE-DE, UK), Kinga GÁL (PPE-DE, HU) and Giusto CATANIA

(GUE/NGL, IT).

It should be noted that the presentation by the Commission on the Communication from the

Commission to the European Parliament and the Council on Public-Private Dialogue in Security

Research and Innovation has been withdrawn from the agenda.
